Dispatch costs
 

The exact amount of the dispatch costs depends on the destination and the dispatch method chosen. Such costs are always indicated separately in your shopping basket.


Limitations

  • Addresses using “c/o” and Army Post Offices are not permitted.
  • Dispatches are made Mon-Fri apart from public holidays.
  • Products sold via the Website www.drapersitaly.com are dispatched within Italy and abroad.


Information regarding the courier
We would like to remind you that deliveries made by couriers could require a signature for receipt. All product receipts may be signed only by persons of over 18 years. In the event that nobody is present at the indicated address who is entitled to sign for delivery, you will be requested to contact the courier service to arrange an alternative delivery date or the address where you can take receipt of the products.


Online cancellation of orders
If you should decide to cancel the order made, please contact the Customer Care Service to do so. Once the order has been confirmed, we can no longer guarantee that the dispatch of said order will be stopped. If it is impossible to stop the dispatch, please do not accept delivery. We will reimburse you for the purchase price once the goods have been returned to our stores. In order to request an order cancellation, you can send an email to the address: info@drapersitaly.it. For further details please see the following clause: “Right of withdrawal”.


Right of withdrawal
We guarantee the customer’s total satisfaction. In the event that you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return items which have not been used in their original box insofar as the following regulations are followed. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 2 calendar weeks from the date of delivery. Such right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised articles.


All articles returned must be unused, must still have the original labels, the use instructions, the guarantee documents and any other cards and wrapping as in the original packaging. In the event that returned items are not in a condition to permit their resale, we cannot accept their return from you.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, we request you to inform us by sending an email to the address: info@drapersitaly.it and then to follow the returns procedure as described below:

Returns procedure:

  1. Contact info@drapersitaly.it by sending the downloadable withdrawal form below, giving the tracking number in the email of notification or the order number from the email confirming receipt of your order, together with the reason for the return. We will send you an email with a returns label, a returns identification number together with the instructions for returning the goods.
  2. Send the product to be returned (only if unused, the original labels, the use instructions and the guarantee documents and any other cards and wrappings are intact) in the original dispatch box to prevent damage during shipping.
  3. Print off the returns label and attach it to the packaging. The returns label will give all the details necessary: your name, your address, the address where the product must be returned to, your telephone number, the number and/or description of the product to be returned, and the returns identification number.
  4. Read the instructions for returning goods carefully and contact our express courier to make the return. You must ensure the return is collected by our express courier within 14 working days of the date the email with the returns label, the returns identification number and the returns instructions was sent.
  5. If you have followed the entire procedure for returns, we will send you the instructions for reimbursement within 30 days. In the event that the procedure has not been followed satisfactorily, we will advise you via email of the reason we cannot accept your request.

We request that you return products bought online only by following the online procedure. Products bought online cannot be returned or reimbursed by our shops or other vendors.


Faults, damage or products lost during shipping or erroneous delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are in order at the point of delivery. In the event of discrepancy or problems with your order, you are requested to make a note of the discrepancy or problem on the delivery note and sign it. Then send an email describing the problem to the address: info@drapersitaly.it within 24 hours of the delivery and follow the returns procedure described in the clause “Right of withdrawal”, but you will be reimbursed by DRAPERS S.R.L for the shipping costs for returning faulty products or products delivered as a result of our error. Subject to the availability of the product, we will send you a new email to notify you of the dispatch and we will automatically and immediately send you the correct product at our expense.
